Prevas expands in the Oresund Region through merger with Glaze

Glaze supplies consultancy services in the area of product development of intelligent products. In
addition to complete turnkey projects, Glaze also offers specialist consultancy within software,
hardware and engineering. Glaze is expanding quickly and has 35 employees based at its offices in Malmö, Copenhagen and Aalborg and expects turnover to reach approx. SEK 25 million in 2005.

Prevas has previously had customers such as Autoliv, Alfa Laval, Findus and others in the region.
Glaze brings new customers such as Panasonic, Axis Communications, Sony Ericsson Mobile
Communications, Novo Nordisk, Precise Biometrics, Texas Instruments and more into the fold.
An acquisition contract has been signed effective 3 January 2006. The fixed purchase price is
comprised of 350,000 newly issued Prevas B-shares, which on the day were estimated to be worth approx. SEK 7 million. The transaction will result in a dilution of 4% and a supplementary purchase price linked to Glaze´s results in 2006 and 2007 may also be realised. The total purchase price including the supplement cannot exceed SEK 20 million, however. Glaze´s business will be integrated into the Prevas Group and the projected positive effect on the result is expected to be in the range of SEK 3-4 million per year, and will reach its full effect in the second half of 2006. Glaze will be fully integrated into Prevas´ group accounts system in Q1 of 2006.

The board intends to issue new Prevas shares using the authority given it at the ordinary general
meeting held on 17 March 2005.
